Staff were presentable, polite and attentive on arrival and throughout (without being a nuisance). Separate medium sized cigar lounge (and smaller V.I.P. Cigar/Drinking area) was stylishly furnished and not overly done with décor. Good selection of Whisky on display as expected. Cigar list was a surprise (as opposed to a 'walk in' humidor) to select cigars, but understandable due to logistics and space. It's located across from my hotel (and others) and equipped with a cigar lounge (as opposed to 'cigar room') at other less equipped cigar lounges nearby. Worth a visit when in Singapore.

This place has been around since 2008 and it is an institution for whisky, being guided by the professional whisky experts whos some have been trained in Scotland.
